I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the agua park. Breakfast was satisfactory, with a good number of options. the location was on the beach, but finding a taxi was a bit of a hassle.
Everything was spot on, and I had no complaints.

Great holiday for a family with children. wonderful playgrounds and swimming pool with slides. breakfast is standard.
There are no critical flaws. I have a wish to replace the pillowcases! They're small and pillows are like bricks because of it!

If you're looking to stay at a hotel with great amenities, fantastic service, and a relaxing atmosphere, this is a great option. the hotel offers a nice spa area, a big swimming pool, and a fantastic fitness center that caters to all levels of fitness. One of the best things about my stay was the location, as it was very close to the beach and there were plenty of shops around the area. I definitely appreciated the hotel's free Wi-Fi, which was very reliable and fast.
There were a couple of things that were less than ideal. One was that the food selection wasn't quite as good as I would have expected.

We had a luxurious stay here, with exclusive amenities such as an indoor pool, sauna and live entertainment. the service was outstanding, with hospitable staff always ready to assist. the Spa & wellness centre offered an exceptional range of massages and Turkish bath experiences, providing the ultimate relaxation. the aqua park was definitely a highlight, with plenty of fun water activities and sun loungers to relax on.
The lack of English, speaking staff in the restaurant. It was difficult to communicate and order without any misunderstandings.

The hotel is not really suitable for foreigners as the staff speaks little to no English. the hotel's location is quite inconvenient and difficult to find a taxi.
